These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Floor Plan Graphics (the "Service"), operated by the owner of the Service ("Owner", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service lets you upload floor-plan images or PDFs, trace them in your browser, and generate 3D and top-down renders of the traced model. Renders are produced automatically from the data you trace.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
Generating watermarked previews is included; downloading clean, watermark-free renders consumes credits. New accounts include one free render. Credits are purchased in packs through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law — see our Refund Policy.
You agree not to: upload content you do not have the right to use; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; resell or abuse the Service (including creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free renders). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain all rights to the floor plans and files you upload and to the renders generated from them. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload your content.
The Service itself — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by the Owner and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you no rights to it except the right to use the Service as permitted here.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that renders will be accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
