• Account information: your email address and authentication data, managed through our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Content you upload: the floor-plan files/images you upload and the traced data and renders generated from them.
• Purchase information: records of credit purchases and downloads. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends (e.g., IP address, request logs) used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Service — store your projects, generate renders, and deliver downloads.
• To process payments and maintain your credit balance and history.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• To respond to your support requests.

3. How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, including:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Railway — application hosting and rendering.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Storage of Uploaded Plans

Floor-plan images you save to a project are stored so you can reopen and edit your projects. Saved images are kept in storage with non-guessable URLs. Do not upload plans containing sensitive personal information you are not comfortable storing with us.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in (your authentication session). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data, projects, and purchase history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see Contact). Some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to applicable law.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
